I am a practicing transsexual and an enthusiast of books by and about the same.

Books on books, bookselling, and the printing, binding, and publishing trades are all of particular interest to me.

I am, despite it all, a hopeless romantic, lover of life, and believer in art. This has recently metastasized as a renewed interest in and appreciation for the life and work of William Morris.

I have a piddling preoccupation with authors whose last name begins with the letter P. Coincidence has it that a number of authors whose works I admire and have found meaningful congregate at that point in the alphabet.
